Andrew Harris Kessler

Andrew began his legal career in 1995 as a Federal and State Court litigator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During that time he worked for a prestigious downtown Philadelphia law firm which represented people injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. Andrew’s extensive legal experience includes representing numerous injured victims all the way through trial, mediation and arbitration.

A member of the Florida Bar, Andrew returned his home state of Florida in February 2000 where he formed his own firm, Andrew H. Kessler, PA. The firm focused exclusively on representing injury victims and filing law suits against insurance companies who failed to properly pay benefits owed to policy holders. 

In 2003, Andrew helped form the Law Offices of Schiller, Kessler & Gomez, PLC with his partners Marc Schiller and Marcelo Gomez, and has grown into what is today known as The Schiller Kessler Group, PLC. The Schiller Kessler Group has built a solid and notable reputation as a result of the individual strengths of each of its partners and highly trained staff which helps support the firm. The firm prides itself on providing our clients with high quality aggressive representation. Andrew and the firm have successfully represented thousands of injury victims and their families.

Andrew enjoys playing guitar with other musicians and has an extensive live music collection. He is active in sports include hockey, soccer, and skiing.
