Terri Kim Hunker

Ms. Hunker is a partner at The Hunker Law Group. She has extensive litigation and civil trial experience and spent many years as an in-house trial attorney for an insurance company. She served as lead counsel on hundreds of cases and has litigated numerous jury trials. While in-house, she laid the groundwork for a federal lawsuit that successfully led to one of the largest settlements for the company. Ms. Hunker also defended a national consulting firm on a multi-million dollar malpractice negligence case and defended an international brokerage consulting firm against third party lawsuits. She has traveled to New York City, NY and Los Angeles, CA to oversee discovery matters.

Ms. Hunker earned her law degree from the University of Illinois, College of Law in Champaign/Urbana, Illinois and her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
