Paul K. Silverberg

I hate hearing this is black and this is white so follow the letter of the law this is best. Paul listened to me and offered me strategies that was not all one way or the other and told me risks for me to make a business decision. I run my business and i want to know black and white, but i also wan...t to know the gains and risks. I will surely use Paul's brain again and again. We did end up in court on another matter and Paul is smooth and strategic there as well. Great having a business attorney that can also litigate.

I really appreciated Paul's mind - his clarity of thought, willingness to solve a problem and not cookie cutter. I needed a thinker and he is one. He is sometimes a little slow on responses, but he gave me the time I needed. He was worth the wait. His rate was fair (not the most expensive and not ...the cheapest). I have used other lawyers and its is not just the hourly but the amount of time they spend. So I would hire him again. I would recommend him.
