Luisa Fernanda Rengifo

I consulted with and subsequently hired Attorney Rengifo about a property issue. I required an Attorney to assist me with the Probate of my father’s condo. Having lots of experience with attorneys, I was very impressed with her willingness to take the time to educate me about the probate process, and... her professionalism. She helped me understand all the issues and the steps that would be necessary. I hired her on the spot and I haven’t regretted it at all. She’s returned all my correspondence and/or calls promptly. When this matter is involved I plan on hiring her for my personal estate planning. As a former law man I don’t trust many people. I trust and respect her, and I highly recommend her.

Luisa helped me with the settling of an estate for a family member who had died without an updated will in place. She was very thorough & clear in all her explanations of the process, timely with the various filings of paperwork, and sensitive to the family’s, and my needs. In addition, I thoroughly... enjoyed getting to know her. She is very active in our community, is diligent, thoughtful, and I would definately consult and employ her again without hesitation.

I've used Luisa a few times now, and once during the Holidays. She's always been exactly what we needed and wanted, but during the Holidays, with an extra mile. She worked with us right to the wire on December 31 to save a client of ours a big tax rebate. Without her help, it couldn't have happened. ...She became part of the team and we completed what needed completing just in time. I highly recommend Luisa in general, and at the very least give her a call :)
