Gary Thomas Lazarus

I was in a car accident over 2 years ago, my first call was to the police, then to my family, and right after it was to Gary. He and his team took care of EVERYTHING! They found me doctors, therapist, where to go for my MRIs. Even was able to find me a place where they could give me a sit down MRI be...cause I am claustrophobic. Let me start by saying, Professional in all aspects! If i could rate higher than 5 stars i would without hesitation. Back in January i was in a near fatal motorcycle accident where a driver coming the other way pulled out in front of me last second and stopped. luckily i was able to jump off my bike just missing the back of the SUV, but hit the ground ...very hard and at a pretty good speed. After spending 5 days in the Trauma ICU i was sent home with several broken ribs, completely broken shoulder, 20+ staples down my abdomen, one lung at half capacity, several other injuries, a totaled motorcycle, and a broken spirit. I knew i needed a lawyer but didn't know where to start. Fortunately for me Attorney Gary Lazarus was referred and highly recommend to me by a close friend. When i called Mr Lazarus i noticed immediately that his attention and concern was towards my well being, health, and safety. Due to my extensive injuries i could not really walk, sit in a car, and had trouble breathing. Mr Lazarus without hesitation offered to come to my home and speak with me in person. Although i was very nervous about hiring a good lawyer i was very relieved by the way that Mr Lazarus carefully explained everything he planned on doing, and back up plans in-case things became more difficult than need be. He did an excellent job in making sure i understood exactly what was happening, what was going to happen, and any paperwork i signed before i signed it. Mr lazarus immediately got to work documenting and getting photos of all my injuries, securing any and all insurance information, medical bill claims, medical records, accident reports, and even a private investigator to conduct their own investigation into the accident. Since my motorcycle was my only mode of transportation, Mr Lazarus also made sure the other parties insurance company got me a rental car, so i could get to my doctors appointments and whatever else i need to do, as well as getting my bike quickly and fairly appraised and paid out so i could buy a new vehicle. Since my medical bills were well into the six figures i didn't really think i was going to get anything back, but Mr. Gary Lazarus and his partner Mrs. Arleen Lazarus almost immediately got what we had discussed as far as payment from the other drivers auto insurance company. After that they worked extremely hard with my Medical insurance, The Hospital, and with all the other medical providers i had to see to get the claims worked down to the lowest amount possible. Mrs. Arleen Lazarus would even call me periodically to go through each claim individually and go over the amounts and what they were able to get them down to. That way they could make sure all the providers got paid, and i could get them most back without having to pay out of my pocket. I could not be any happier with the way things turned up. I'm able to buy a new bike now and invest in my future! but most importantly they made sure i made a full recovery from all my injuries. I have my health and my life back thanks them. I am extremely grateful for all the help i received from Mr. Gary Lazarus, Mrs. Arleen Lazarus, and their team at Lazarus & Lazarus. I highly recommend them anyone and everyone.
