Excellent lawyer - Both knowledgeable and caring

With my fathers passing, my family - all of whom live outside the state of Florida - were challenged to find a lawyer that was knowledgeable, trustworthy and available to assist with my 84 yrs old mothers estate planning. On the recommendation of a good friend we contacted Ms. Metzger. How fortunate for us. Phone calls and emails are quickly returned. Our multiple questions were answered with patience and in terms we could understand. More importantly although she addressed all of our concerns there were many items we had not considered. This is where Ms. Metzger's extensive knowledge and experience in estate planning was most valued. It has brought great peace of mind to family knowing our mother is in "good hands" with Ms. Metzger.

great attorney

dana was recommended by a friend i trust. i have worked with her with my will preparation and again with my mothers estate issues. she has been always quick to reply and efficient in her responses. she made the legal issues very understandable for me and has been very patient with me. i highly recommend dana metzger.

Outstanding Attorney!

Our Father passed away in Florida and all family members live over 2,000 miles away. We met Dana a year or so prior when she updated his estate plan, so we hired her to help with the estate distribution, etc. One of the best decisions we made. Dana was professional, compassionate, detail orientated, easy to talk to, and always available. She dealt with and resolved everything with financial institutions (some who were very uncooperative), referred us to a great real estate agent for his condo, and helped us no matter what issue came up. Plus Dana was able to handle everything without us having to fly cross country and return to Florida. We could not have found a better attorney. We highly recommend her.

A true professional with a kind heart and attentive ear!

Dana assisted us with estate planning for our elderly father. This was not a trivial task, with him in FL and the remainder of the family 1500 miles away! She was extremely patient with him, and took the time to understand what he wished to accomplish. Dana was extremely thorough with document preparation, never failed to answer emails or calls, and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. We consider ourselves lucky to have found her. Will +++

Dana was the most approachable and accessible attorney I have ever worked with. She was always flexible and not difficult to make appointments with. Dana always gets back to you quickly via email, text or phone. Best of all she workes directly with you in a very personal yet professional manner there is no gatekeeper to get through it is her and only her.

Excellent at what she does

Dana was able to previously assist me in setting up a Trust for my mother. Just recently she was able to assist my wife and I in getting a Trust established and in order for our minor children. She was very patient and listened to our concerns in order to be able to be very specific and on point on what we wanted. I would recommend her to anyone.

Truly caring

Awesome Laywer

I used Dana for a lot of areas in finalizing my parents estate in Florida. Being in Mass and knowing everything was in good hands made this process slightly easier. There was t a phone call or email that Dana didn't respond to promptly. I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her for any legal issues because it will be resolved in a professional and timely manor .

Dana Metzger- A great attorney.

Dana Metzger is a very professional lawyer. She explained a lot of legal terms in such a simple way so that I could easily understand. One of her best qualities is her patience with people. You do not feel like you are pressured for time when you meet with her. Another great thing about Dana is that she makes house calls! I would highly recommend her to anyone who reads this review.

Writing a Will for me

My Attorney assisted me through the Will process offering helpful advice on how to include all family members properly and how to offer my business assets to care for each person accordingly. She was very helpful and I felt secure that everything was covered professionally by the end of the process. The nice thing was I felt she truly cared.
