Stuart Barry Yanofsky

I was in a car accident where I was struck from the front and behind. My Yanofsky received a letter from one of the insurance companies admitted 50% liability and requesting a demand letter. No letter was ever sent. Numerous phone calls were made, never returned and he was unable to be reached in per...son. The ultimate dereliction of his attorney duty was his inability to file the case with the courts within required time necessary for the statute of limitations. He filed on the last day he could, just short of two hours past the deadline. I had tried to get me case records; even another attorney I spoke with tried to reach him, to no avail. This case was practically a no brainier, but I guess he was too busy either trying to get into politics or writing a book. I didn't know the legal aspect of a lawsuit, but he completely failed me.
