Biography
I have been practicing law in south Florida for more than 35 years. I taught paralegals real estate law, wills, trust, and estates, and constitutional law at Florida International University for more than 20 years. My practive is focused on estate planning, which includes wills and trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, probate, and trust settlement matters. I employ my teaching skills to help clients to understand the complex choices they have and the consequences which each decision to act or not act will have.
