OUTCOME: 50/50 schedule and low child support

Client was only seeing his children every other weekend and lived less than 3 miles away from the Mother. We were able to get a modification of the timesharing schedule to a 50/50 timesharing schedule ... and his child support obligation was eliminated as to current support. As to the arrearage, there is a small monthly payment
