A great attorney who cares about his clients

I have used Bill Isenberg as counsel for all of my legal issues, arising both in my professional capacity and personal life. He was always available to discuss these matters with me and to advise possible solutions, along with their respective pros and cons. When multiple matters did lead to litigati...on, Bill provided my legal representation. He worked with me in drafting the appropriate responses, and kept me informed throughout all of the phases of each case. Through Bill’s knowledge and skill, all cases that have been settled were decided in my favor. While several cases are still pending, their results appear likely to also be resolved in my favor. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone needing an attorney for any possible litigation and, in fact, already have done so on multiple occasions.

A hard working, knowledgeable, honest, and available attorney.

Attorney Bill Isenberg is always available He worked closely with me to prepare for depositions and for trial. He won a $500,000 jury verdict for me with the billionaire owner of the defendant company. They were ordered to pay 100% of my attorney fees. He also represented me in a prior case and ...he is currently representing me in a new case. He is honest and dependable and available, whenever I have questions. I strongly recommend Attorney William Isenberg.

The lawyer we all wish we had.

I am not one for writing reviews (positive or negative) but in the case of William “Bill” Isenberg, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I’ve known Bill for over thirty years. During those thirty odd years he has been my Attorney in various transactions and cases and he is still representing me tod...ay. Bill has represented me in numerous Real Estate transactions (buy and sell side), Development, Mortgage transactions (as a borrower and as a lender), corporate governance, contract negotiations and complex business litigation. In every type of transaction Bill has been thorough, efficient, timely and always responsive to questions. Though he is a well experienced Attorney, if he’s not sure of an answer to a question, he finds out and then advises you accordingly. He has always offered sound advice with clear “what-if” scenarios and their respective pros & cons from a legal standpoint. He then lets you, the client, make the business decision. Once a decision is made, Bill devotes himself to obtaining the best result possible for his clients. Bill really shines when it comes to litigation. Bill has a quiet demeanor about him but don’t let that fool you. He’s a fierce advocate for his clients. I have had him represent me through all aspects of litigation up through the appellant level. Any Attorney worth anything will and should tell his clients that litigation is an unknown even when you have a “good” case. If an issue seems to be heading towards litigation, Bill’s first instinct is to seek a way to resolve issues before litigation ensues. That is in the best interest of the client, even if it may not be in Bill’s best interest. We’ve all heard lawyer jokes about being charged by the “word.” Bill is NOT that lawyer. However, he brings high value for the expense that clients incur during litigation. Bill prepares thoroughly and leaves no stone unturned. He even prepares you, the client. He explains the process completely, answers all your questions and even arranges mock trials so the client becomes more comfortable with the process. In depositions, Bill is very unassuming and the opposing side probably won’t see him coming. Bill has already tried the case in his head so he gets the opposition to commit to a position during depositions. A position that Bill knows he’ll be able to prove untenable during the trial and so the credibility of the opposition will wither under Bill’s cross-examination. I’ve seen Bill do this on multiple occasions. In one case, Bill had done just that and obtained a favorable ruling for me. A couple of months after the case ended, the opposing Attorney recommended Bill to a client who needed a litigation Attorney. The highest complement an Attorney can get is to be recommended by an opposing Attorney (who lost) to a client. I suppose Bill would not have remained my Attorney for 30 years if he wasn’t excellent. However, today I consider him a friend as well as my Attorney. If you are in need of an excellent Attorney who will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, and do right by you then you’d be hard pressed to find one better than William “Bill” Isenberg.
