Sheryl was exactly what I needed for my divorce. She was authentically interested in me and my story and very compassionate towards the struggle that led me to making that very difficult decision. After hearing me out, she decided to offer her services and take my case. I feel like had I been on the ...wrong ethical side of this divorce, she would not have helped me, which just displays how she has such strong moral character and integrity. Having the qualitative approval of her being someone I knew I could work with, she then proceeded to blow my mind with breaking down the quantitative aspects of it all. She switched from being that compassionate sister-like figure to full on she-shark, showing how aggressive she can be to fight for my interests should it come to that. My divorce was not a traditional one, it was a slow-play which was my decision and worked out best in the end. I ended up giving my ex more than I had to to ensure it was amicable, against Sheryl’s better advice. For me it was worth it to remain amicable, but it was great having Sheryl be that voice of reason, pushing me to protect my interests, ensuring I wasn’t taken advantage of. It was exactly what I needed. She helped me through the most difficult decision in my life. She took (metaphorical) bullets for me. She was in my corner the whole time with compassion and competency!
