My brother hired the attorney above and the lack of communication from the attorney and her staff was unacceptable. My brother call the attorney multiple times to get an update on his case and neither the attorney or her assistant bother to reply. The lack of communication is the major issue when it ...comes to the attorney above. My brother had to refile his case and when he was done, the attorney called him and said "I filed the case in BROWARD county when the other part lives in Miami Dade". I mean from November of 2025 the attorney tried to serve the other part. You send the attorney a SCREENSHOT of the address that is needed to serve the other part not once but TWICE and the attorney still sends it to the WRONG address. the attorney calls my brother and says "YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG ADDRESS" and after corroborating that the address my brother sent was correct and that she MISTAKENLY entered the WRONG address she replies "WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WASTE" I mean, my brother paid her for a service this was not done as charity. It is very unfortunate that he got the ran around and the get a hold of the attorney just to find out how the case was going was very disappointing. The attorney kept saying "lets talk on this day and when the day came, she was not available" She gets one start but she deserves less. If you are not willing to represent a person do not take their case.
