I was hurt working and had to have several surgeries on my back. After fighting with the insurance company for almost a year for money benefits which I was entitled to while off due to my injuries, I finally agreed with my wife to hire an attorney. I didn't want to because I had heard people get fi...red who sue their employer. Well this was not really a suit it was more like an informal case for my benefits that were due. I really liked they way Michele explained things to me, kept me in the loop and prepared me along the way. Although the case took a while because the insurance company kept saying to and we had to go to a trial, it was well worth the wait. I got my benefits and then we settled the case a little while after that. I had all my bills paid, got my money benefits, and then got my settlement. I could not be more pleased.
