I was seriously injured on the job in August 2010. I went through the correct procedures of my employer for being injured. The company nurse said she would do all the paperwork to make it easier for me (big mistake) not lose phone numbers, or miss appointments etc.. I went to the company walking clin...ic and after 3 visit they MMI 100 percent me, saying they could not do anymore for me. Still hurting, I was sent to a knee & shoulder doctor through worker comp. He had MRIs taken and I spent months going to did physical therapy sessions , still in agonizing pain. I contacted one of the large legal firms on TV and after they researched my case they responded with not wanting to take my case because of the time it would take to see it's out and if they would win it. Nothing was mentioned about me medically. Being in central Florida I was at a loss for any legal help. Then, through a close friend of mine in south Florida, Mark's number had been given by a highly regarded fellow lawyer. I called Mark Tudino's office that May afternoon in 2012. I left my name and number. The following morning Mark called me and introduced himself. We discussed my accident and what and how worker compensation is suppose to work . I knew he was the right lawyer for me. We signed all the legal paperwork in May 2012. I collected all the records from all the different medical offices and forwarded to Tudino's Law Office. It was not until late June 2012, while Mark was reviewing my medical records, he discovered that I had broken my back. I was shocked! No one had told me in any of my many doctor/ medical sessions. Among other serious injuries two vertebrae had been compressed 30% and fractured ,with films and paperwork and I wanted to be medically fixed. Fixed to the best that they can now that it's been two years. Mark went to work and it was a battle. I was not much help because the company nurse of my former employer had done all the paperwork. She no longer was employed there. It was a constant up hill battle. I think it was like nine months before the workers comp insurance company acknowledged I even had a case. Mark never backed off. He has guided me and explained everything to me as things moved along. To give you a run down until now, and it is still an on going case. He has gotten the following authorized by workers compensation insurance company: pain management doctor 2013 - date neurosurgeon that lead to 2 spinal fusions cervical 2013 " lumbar 2014 " neurostimulatotor2015/ 2017 He makes sure that I am receiving my bi-weekly paychecks and reimbursement checks when they are sent in. There is a lot more to this workers compensation law issue but I would not trade Mark in for anyone to handle this case. He has been on it for 5 years and keeps fighting for me!!!
