Lee F. Lasris

I hired Lee Lasris in 2021 to serve as the attorney for the purchase of a medical practice. Theoretically his specialty. Now 4 years later I find myself mired in litigation attributable in large part to the terms and verbiage of my purchase agreement. I paid well over double the original quoted price... by Mr. Lasris for a contract that three other attorneys who reviewed the purchase agreement have independently advised me they would never have allowed me to sign that contract. It is riddled with flaws and vague language that I relied on Mr. Lasris to know and counsel me on based on his purported expertise. I would never recommend this lawyer and am still suffering the consequences of his counsel. He either doesn’t know, doesn’t care, or both.

Mr. Lasris has proven to be a prompt and professional attorney in whom I have the highest confidence.
