Donald N Jacobson

I went to discuss a litigation case with Mr. Jacobson. Our conversation went immediately towards who can we sue with deep pockets. He immediately suggested I consider suing my insurance company even though they were in no way responsible of any wrong doing. I left a folder with him with all my case d...ocuments. I told Mr. Jacobson that I had to go home and think about weather to retain him or not. I tried contacting him for weeks wanting to discuss a matter before retaining him and received no responses to my emails, messages, or voice messages. I finally got sick of waiting and requested to retrieve my documents so I can find another attorney. He immediately barked that I had not retained him and used that as an excuse to not reply to my communications. Look elsewhere.

I hired Mr. Jacobson back in July on a reference from another Attorney to appear for me at a court hearing. He did appear for me for that particular reason, moving forward I hired him and I tried numerous amount of times to contact him via email, via phone calls , etc. , it would takes days if not we...eks or even never to get back to me. Then like 2 days before the trial I guess he cramped in all the info like a high schooler would cram for a test, and said that I had made so many mistakes , belittling me with language that I cannot put in this write up. This attorney may be in business for 25 years , I have no idea how, but please beware of him he is all about money not about ethics!
