Yes, the SSA takes a little more time to calculate and pay the auxiliary benefits, but any back benefits will eventually come.

You would have to prove it meets one of the exceptions in the law.

It will depend on whether you get SSI or SSDI. With SSDI you can make 999, but not with SSI. You can go to SSA.gov for details as to this year's...

To see if you might be eligible for benefits based on ex record. They don't tell ex you filed.

Of course you can sue. But you may do better by first reporting the theft to ssa.
