You say you make 10k a year so I assume you are working. Yes, they can go after you unless you are in bankruptcy.

Apply in the country where you reside when you retire and the totalization agreement will apply so you can get credit for work in both countries.

In addition to Mr. Queens very good answer, your husband is not an owner of the LLC so to use the EIN for him would be problematic.
