Demonstrating a constant commitment to the relentless pursuit of justice, David has handled more than 2,500 cases from pre-trial proceedings and discovery through settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial.  His wide range of successful cases include: a multimillion-dollar verdict for a quadriplegic injured in a phantom vehicle rollover crash; a multimillion-dollar settlement for a brain injury to an infant involved in an automobile crash; a multimillion-dollar settlement for a motorcycle crash victim resulting in permanent brain damage; a confidential settlement against a worldwide corporate defendant for a slip-and-fall incident resulting in severe spinal injuries; and a permanently injured employee awarded lifelong compensation and medical benefits, and a million-dollar confidential third party settlement against a major construction company; a confidential settlement against a school board and teacher for the abuse of Special Needs children; a lawsuit against multiple defendants – contractor, subcontractors, municipalities, and a hotel for construction defects and improper maintenance of a handicapped shower seat that led to serious and permanent injuries to an already disabled client; and a bicyclist rendered paraplegic by a driver en route on a company assignment.
