Asheley Santana

I am a senior associate attorney at Cecere Santana, PA. I work on cases relating to Personal Injury and Property Litigation claims. As a member of both departments, I directly assist the partner Michael Cecere, Esq. with cases relating to automobile accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, negligent security, faulty products, and wrongful death. Additionally, I am responsible for obtaining benefits for our clients for damages from hurricanes, storms, fires, water among other types of property claims. I am a zealous advocate for my client’s rights and continually strive to obtain the best results.

I began her law career as part of an Engle Progeny litigation team fighting big tobacco companies on behalf of sick clients affected by the companies’ fraudulent conduct of hiding the side effects of smoking. Later, I obtained first-hand knowledge of how insurance companies operate while representing the insurance companies in Workers’ Compensation cases.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida International University. I graduated with my Juris Doctorate Degree Magna Cum Laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. I was part of the editorial staff of the St. Thomas Law Review, a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and President of the Tax Law Society.  Additionally I ran the probono tax preparer site at St Thomas University Law School for 2 years.
