Abhishek V. Ramaswami

Abhishek ("Ab") Ramaswami is an Associate Attorney at Cadogan Law, practicing in the areas of Labor and Employment Law and Business Litigation. In this role, Ab focuses on the representation of executive-level employees and businesses of all sizes in matters of employment discrimination, misclassification, retaliation and whistle-blower protections, wrongful termination, wage and hour matters, Department of Labor workplace investigations, contractual and business disputes, and violation of non-compete agreements and restrictive covenants.

In addition to litigation, Ab advises and counsels businesses on matters of regulatory compliance with workplace laws, review of employment agreements, severance agreements, and restrictive covenants, risk management strategies, as well as the drafting of employee handbooks and employment contracts in a variety of industries. 

Ab is skilled at helping clients navigate complex business and legal challenges by taking a keen interest in their long-term strategic objectives and understanding the client's business at a core and foundational level.
