The McCotters were sued for eviction from their home. At the trial level the Judge ordered a writ of possession be issued and the McCotters were evicted. This had a negative effect on their credit and ... their ability to rent housing in the future. I represented the McCotters in their appeal of the eviction judgment and we ultimately prevailed. Their eviction was set aside.
