Client wished to set up a start-up business. I handled recommendations concerning choice of enitity, taxation policy, compliance requirements and capital structure for the entity. I also handled set ... up of finance department accounting and finance software, training and hiring of personnel for various positions and recommendations to the principal of the entity on various business policy issues.
