Shlomo Nizahon

I hired Shlomo Nitzahon to petition a Florida court to grant me access to an asset in a Florida bank in an estate case in which the original Last Will and Testiment, specifying that I am the sole heir, was lost, and only a copy of the Will remained. Mr. Nitzahon assigned the case first to one assoc...iate, then another. After long periods of time characterized by inaction, lack of communication, and repetion of effort, the petition was denied by the court. Mr. Nitzahon then contacted me to inform me that he was giving up on the case. No part of my retainer was refunded. About a year later I engaged another lawyer who secured the asset for me in five short weeks. Mr. Nitzahon declined to answer my subsequent email, which I also sent by WhatsApp.
