Monal Oza Zipper

I hired Monal, and over a two year period she charged me and has made absolutely no progress. I paid her $1500+ up front to handle some business. Over the two years she has been very difficult to get ahold of, and not responsive to the majority of my attempts to contact her. Multiple times over the... past couple years I have contacted her, and she would always be on vacation. Two years later she has made absolutely NO progress on my case, and I only seem to hear from her once every 6 months, despite my reaching out to her. Plus, each time she contacts me back, she acts helpless as if there is nothing she can do to help me. I contacted her numerous times two months ago, and I have yet to hear from her. I am pretty sure I will not be seeing my money back from her either. If you are looking for a lawyer who will work with you instead of against you, I DO NOT recommend this firm.
