If you want a lawyer that offers cheap services, this is the guy. Unfortunately, his skills and advice will cost you a fortune in the long run. He put together an agreement that was great for my wife, onerous for me. I dropped the guy after paying more that 10K in fees and hired someone who knew w...hat they were doing and ending up way ahead of the 'agreement' Rubinchik negotiated.

I would just like to take the time to tell you about this attorney. He represented me a few years back and gave me poor advise and was a friend of my ex-husbands, yet took my case anyway. He took my case without telling me that he was friends with my ex. He told me the custody agreement my ex's attor...ney wrote up, was the only thing I would get, which was half custody. When in turn, I would have received full custody and him supervised visitation with the history of violence on him. I would not recommend anyone to him, not even my worst enemy. I strongly advise you to take this letter into consideration when making a judgment call on him. He caused me to have half custody with a man who tried to commit suicide and was mentally unstable at best. I had plenty of documents showing how unstable he was as well as abusive. In turn I would have received full custody, supervised visitation, along with alimony for being married for 11yrs. I hope that you will understand this and realize that he is not what he seems to be. He is not a good person, nor attorney. His morals and values will get him in trouble in the long run. It was my first divorce and I had no clue an attorney could do such things. I never agreed to half custody and he told me I was primary resident, only to amend it without my consent 5 days later. It has been a hard road and long one. My ex has been terrible in working with me and even tried to get more custody because of his anger. This of course never happened, but I should have reported him back then, but I was so distraught.

This lawyer is great my boy friend got an in very bad situatiion and i called him he gave me an very good price. I paid him and he got right on the case. the state offered my boy friend 3 years and he got him to spend only 2 weeks in jail with no parole, or any probation he was an free man. He even o...ffered other service to us and got it done with no problem he is respect other's and he is love and caring he also cares bout your family and money problem if you can't affordf the whole thing he will take payment from you. i really love this lawyer and will use him until the day he dies.
