I agree with my colleagues. She will have to wear a GPS monitor supervised by CTC and her travel is restricted
I am wondering what the odds are of a successful resolution, and the potential steps to do so, as I do not wish to waste time.

Mr. Downs is correct. You had a 2 year ststute of limitations pursuant to Rule 3.850 unless you can prove abdolute innocence.
