Brian Joshua Paul

Brian J. Paul is a member of the Florida Bar and a Registered Patent Attorney. He represents startups and Fortune 500 companies alike in a full range of intellectual property matters including patent, trademark, and copyright procurement, and litigation. Mr. Paul provides counseling with a deep understanding of his clients’ budget, technology, and competitive landscape. His patent practice emphasizes medical device, life science, and mechanical arts.

Mr. Paul holds a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. While in law school, Mr. Paul was a member of Stetson’s Veterans Law Institute where he successfully presented a case before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, obtaining a favorable decision for a Vietnam War veteran suffering from nuclear radiation exposure. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Paul was a Technology Transfer Extern at the University of South Florida, Office of Patents & Licensing.
