Bad attorney

After hiring attorney Tyler Trumbach, I realize he was not an experienced attorney nor had sufficient training in his craft? While receiving services it seemed as if he was in the early learning process, by then it was too late the damage had been done. After I sort for a new counsel Mr. Trumbach was... immediately terminated. I had a court hearing June 3, 2019 the magistrate ruled insufficient evidence Mr. Trumbach replied motion for continuance. The subject of the hearing who filed the petition was representing themselves. A new court hearing was issued for July 3, 2019 which I was scheduled to attend. After arriving to court Mr. Trumbach contacted me by cell phone and was told not attend the hearing. Prior to this he said he would file motion to counter the petitioner’s petition but did not instead file another motion for continuance because he wanted to be courteous to the petitioner’s attorney Jonathan Axel which I learned was a good friend of his and the petitioner had recently secured his services. I asked him did Jonathan Axel and his client hired him for services as I did he stated no and added if I would not allow him to be courteous to his friend he would withdraw immediately 30 minutes before the hearing. This was the day of the hearing July 3, 2019. After the conversation he allowed the petitioner’s attorney to file motion for continuance there is no evidence so now they have more time to fabricate more information. I terminated Mr. Trumbach services and hired an experienced counsel. I emailed Mr. Trumbach and explained in details why I should receive a full refund he never responded. On May 3, 2019 there was hearing motion to dissolve an injunction which he assured would be dissolved after he quotes statutes unannounced to me he decided to withdraw from the hearing requesting the magistrate for more time to review the petitioner’s incident report which I submitted to him already. When he realized the magistrate wanted to make me pay restitution to the petitioner for leaving work early. I convinced Mr. Trumbach to proceed with the hearing. He should have prepared before receiving payment for services. Before this complaint was filed I spoke to Mr. Trumbach about this matter and did point out the same details. He replied not to lecture him and recommend hiring a new attorney. I checked his Avvo account online and realized he had 1 year experience. However, there is no way to determine if an attorney is a good attorney. After licensing is obtained clients expect attorneys to be knowledgeable about their craft. Mr. Trumbach has not gained the experience necessary for proper representation of any client he should not be allowed legal representation of any person until he has acquired sufficient training.
