I graduated from the University of Miami Law School cum laude in 1989. I have been a practicing trial lawyer for the past 24 years.
I started my career as an Assistant State Attorney working for Janet Reno in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office where I prosecuted everything from DUIs to Traffic Homicide, Armed Robbery and Murder cases. I have had extensive experience in the DUI Traffic Homicide Division where we worked on many cases involving traffic crash analysis and accident reconstruction. As an assistant state attorney and legal intern before that, I tried over 47 jury trials before I went into private practice in 1991.
Since that date, I have dedicated my career to being a Florida Trial Attorney handling mainly Personal Injury cases. I have tried to make personal attention to my clients my theme over the past two decades. That means all my clients get my cell phone number and I am always available for conference calls or in person meetings with clients as often as they desire and for whatever reason they desire.
I have been involved in thousands of personal injury cases since the early 1990’s, including successful jury trials and settlements with all the major insurance companies.
I am active with various Bar Associations and have maintained an excellent working relationship with other lawyers, judges, doctors and other health professionals who treat my clients.
I handle all of my cases personally and have been doing so out of my Plantation Office since 1998. I opened an office in Naples, Florida in 2004.
What differentiates me from my competitors is that I personally meet with all clients and give all clients my cell phone number so they can reach me on nights and weekends, if necessary. All of my clients receive personal attention and I do not refer my cases to any other lawyers if they do not settle. I try all my own cases and have obtained millions of dollars in jury verdicts over the years. I am currently accepting cases throughout the State of Florida.

I dispute that the above post came from a real client with a real case. If I settled a case for anyone with the name "Michael" more than three years ago for $20,000.00 why did he wait three years to post a negative review. I would welcome a last name and some proof that this post came from a "real" former client and not an insurance adjuster or lawyer. If he does not respond to this post, you have your answer.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Robert on several matters. Robert is a zealous advocate for his clients who will do whatever it takes to protect his clients' rights while aggressively pursuing their case. As a former prosecutor and experienced trial attorney, Robert does not hesitate to litigate and try cases that most personal injury attorneys would simply settle for a lesser amount. Insurance companies know this, which certainly is a distinct advantage for Robert's clients and their recovery of damages for their personal injuries."
"I endorse this lawyer. It is always a pleasure working on cases with Robert. Very knowledgeable on the law, processes, and court procedures. Extremely courteous, highly intelligent, professional, and caring. Goes the extra mile to get things accomplished. I highly recommend Robert to all my friends, family and colleagues."
"Robert Gluck serves his clients with a passion and zeal that is rare in his field. Over the years, Robert has stood above his competitors by offering the personal approach to getting his clients recovered and compensated."
