Valerio Spinaci

I contracted with Mr. Spinaci in August of 2016 for help in attempting to recover my late mother's money in an Italian Bank. A combination of truly astounding bank policies, such as the legal department refusing to speak directly with Mr. Spinaci, has contributed to this ordeal. He is extremely activ...e and travels quite a bit, so I have had to repeatedly text and email and phone when there were long delays in his responses. On one occasion, an email from him was never received by the bank, so I had to call his office to get his attention so that he could resend the email with the documents he had prepared. I feel that he is extremely affable, and capable, but I was not used to the idea of having to continually nag him and the bank to keep things moving. This is not the way I work, so I guess I expected, naively, that everyone would chug along without me having to keep bothering them. At any rate, it is invaluable to have someone fluent in both languages, and who is a lawyer in both countries. I haven't received the money yet, so be aware that Italian bureaucracy is truly mindnumbing.
