Rayo M. Moreno was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She was raised in New Orleans, LA. Rayo attended the University of New Orleans and graduated with Honors in 1996. She attended law school at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she received her Juris Doctor and an International Law Certificate.
EXPERIENCE:
Prior to joining The Gallagher Law Group, P.A., Rayo was an intern at a prestigious firm with over eighty attorneys where she focused on Maritime and Jones Act Cases. She also interned at Orleans Parish State Attorney's Office, homicide unit and Miami Dade County, Public Defenders' Office.
Ms. Moreno is licensed to practice law in all of Florida State Courts and Federal Courts. She was admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on January 11, 2002.
Rayo focuses her area of practice in Florida workers’ compensation cases and personal injury cases. On a daily basis, Rayo handles personal injury cases such as: Car accident, motorcycle accident, slip and fall, trip and fall, truck accident, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, workers’ compensation, Death on the High Seas, Longshore, Jones Act, and all Florida personal injury cases. Rayo is fluent in Spanish.
