I represented City of Miami Beach police officers accused of committing excessive force and conspiracy to commit a violation of the plaintiff's constitutional rights. On appeal, I successfully obtained a reversal of the district court's decision in this regard, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals' opinion in this case is often cited in qualified immunity cases throughout the country.
