Attorney Friedman represented me in a child custody dispute after a contentious divorce. As happens to many clients, I temporarily fell behind in paying his bill. He then abandoned me without telling me he had abandoned me. He simply refused to respond to my numerous pleas for information over sever...aL months. That set off a short string of legal events that led to the embarrassing and expensive end of my being held in contempt of court. I suspect I am not the first client he has treated in this manner and he therefore won't even know which client I am.
