Mr Dean is a humble, but very aggressive attorney. I've known him for over 20 years, and although I've always referred him to family and friends for various cases, I never thought in a million years that I would have to retain him for myself. Well, as the pendulum swung my way, I did, and in 2014, Mr... Dean took on a criminal case involving me, against the State of Florida and one of the biggest law enforcement agencies in Florida! Needless to say, this case dragged on for 4 years! And I must say, throughout those 4 years, Mr Dean endured every emotion one could imagine from me. However, he remained professional, honest, supportive, encouraging, and compassionate. Even when I wanted to throw in the towel due to wanting it over with. Mr Dean coached me to stay in the fight! His approach in trial is far from what you see in the office! He's a man of faith, and a thinker! and see's things differently from the way you may see it as a client. He take notes of everything said, even things you may think that doesn't matter. He watches body language, moves, and gestures as well as interactions in the courtroom. He moves like a quiet storm! And his aggressiveness during trial, matches his size. He calls it like he sees it, all while remaining professional, and he doesn't back down to any (politricks) that are often displayed within the courtroom. He doesn't sugar coat anything concerning your case if things are not looking good at the moment, however, he's optimistic about the outcome. When he tells you that he feels good and not worried, believe him! My case was the most complexed, political, and malicious case, anyone could imagine. However, Mr Dean never gave up, even when it looked like the prosecutor had the upper hand. Mr Dean's motto is "I'm in this to win!" And win he did! The first trial in 2016 was a mistrial, and the second trial in January 2018, was NOT GUILTY ON ALL 7 COUNTS!!! I can't say enough good about Mr Dean except for, if you want an aggressive attorney that knows his craft, you've chosen the right attorney when you contact him.

My initial encounter was with Attorney Dean over a years ago, he provided great advice regarding my son's case which I followed and everything went just as he stated it would. My son received a Violation of Probation for failing his drug test and requested I hire an attorney, once again I went to Att...orney Dean who made no promises, he only stated the facts, accepted the case and set a court day five days out. he arrived just as he stated he would, and did exactly what he said he would do. My son will be home in eight days versus one hundred and eighty days.

Let me start by saying that Clement was recommended by another attorney who happens to be my sister-in-law. So she would definately want the best for me. He also was researched by a detective of police who happens to be my brother. When you're in trouble with the law(felony), you think your whole way... of life has ended(putting it mildly). After meeting Clement for the first time, my whole being was put at ease. Like the feeling a child would experience when a parent comes to their rescue, knowing that everything will be alright. Whenever we spoke, it was like getting a new lease on life. My case lasted one year & two months(no fault of his) and doubts would creep in, but he kept assuring me that everything was looking good and he doesn't see us losing the case. He's fearless and well prepared when dealing with the opposition. His depositions were thorough and flawless, even to the point where he got representatives of a fortune 500 company(the largest in its industry) flustered and irritated.
