Andre S. Parke is a Principal in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Parke represented private corporations, non-profit community residential facilities and governmental agencies before state and local governmental administrative agency review boards and hearing officers.
Mr. Parke has significant experience researching federal and state law and legislation, preparing advisory legal opinions to private corporations and governmental entities regarding compliance with agency administrative regulations, state and federal regulations, agency budgetary appropriations, compliance with grant obligations, contractual disputes Public Information Act (Sunshine Law) and development applications.
Mr. Parke also has experience advising clients in administrative appeals relating to governmental licensing, regulatory violations, property right disputes, federal and state environmental permitting and contractual disputes as well as drafting municipal ordinances and assisting with the negotiation and preparation of municipal franchise and contractual agreements.
