I hired Michael about 18 years ago for my first offence drug possession, and he was so cool and understanding of my situation at the time, he really wanted to help me and and offered me the drug court option which was one of the best things I could have done at the time. He explained the law at the ...time and went above and beyond to keep from being thrown out of the drug court program and helped me see the error in my ways at the time, I was young and completely unaware of the Florida controlled substance laws and he really helped open my eyes to the path I was headed. I still think of you today Mr. Rocque and I wish you all the success and praise you deserve as the bad ass lawyer you are. Keep at it and Thank you so much for helping me at that time in my life.

We first met Mickey back in 1998, and hiring him will always be right there at the top of "best decisions ever made". There are a gazillion jokes about how heartless, ruthless, and immoral lawyers are; none of these jokes could pertain to Mickey. He is one of a kind. The specifics of my case are irre...levant. What is relevant is that had it not been for this amazing attorney and exceptional human being, the outcome of my case would have been terrifyingly and unbearably different. Mickey was relentless in his resolve to change the prosecutors mind. My husband told me that Mickey approached him to talk to him about my case ever time he saw him. I was a client. I paid Mickey to be my attorney; we were veritable strangers, so to say he went above and beyond would be a gross understatement! You rarely find a friend, or even a relative (other than your mother) who would do something like that for you, but this man did.
