Shawn David Arbeiter

Shawn D. Arbeiter has been a Florida lawyer since 1998. He has personally handled thousands of landlord/tenant matters for manufactured housing community owners located in Florida and based throughout the United States, including numerous landlord/tenant cases for commercial and residential landlords. Of note, in 2015, Mr. Arbeiter was retained as co-counsel for a manufactured housing community owner in Palm Beach County to complete a large scale change-in-land-use eviction.  In 2011, Mr. Arbeiter was retained as lead counsel for a Commercial Landlord in Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. v. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., Big Lots Stores, Inc. and Dolgencorp, LLC filed in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, which sought damages in excess of $50 million dollars. In 2009, Mr. Arbeiter was retained as co-counsel for one of the largest manufactured housing eviction lawsuits in Broward County, FL.

Additionally, Mr. Arbeiter represents numerous clients in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, breach of contract disputes, foreclosure litigation, and guardianships cases.

Mr. Arbeiter is also admitted to practice in Federal Court in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida; and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Arbeiter graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 1998 with honors, and graduated  from the University of Florida in 1995 with honors.
