She told me that she was a real-estate attorney when her specialty is immigration. It did not take long to realize that real estate was not something she was comfortable with. After getting the opinions of multiple other actual "real-estate" attorneys, it became obvious, in my opinion, that she was ...intentionally or unintentionally delaying what should have been a very simple Quit Claim Deed.
