First of all, I explained that I just could not afford the fee; she offered $50 off per hour! I was greatful (and accepted) as Suzanne explained in detail exactly what my retainer was for and how fast it would be eaten up and why and then gave me an accurate estimate of what my particular case was go...ing to cost. Secondly, Suzanne being in such demand ( I looked up her success rate) explained that she gives ALL her clients equal attention; that if I did not hear back from her immediately, the only reason was that she physically could not! Suzanne returned my calls and emails as late as 10 pm and weekends!! What other family attorney works nights and weekends for someone, especially someone with a discounted hourly rate!? I felt like I was her main priority!! Yes Suzanne is EXTREMELY busy and hardly ever answered the phone when I called(wich was often). But I always recieved an immediate email telling me when she would and could call and she did! In court, Suzanne was professional but a PIT BULL!! I have heard rumors that people she has gone up against in court and beaten, have actually recomended her! She is that good!!

would not recommend ever does not return calls ,will tell u when u hire her that she will not very professional all . her assistant should be the lawyer . if u do decide to hire this lawyer make sure u bring another lawyer with u to make sure u get everything in writing and that's no joke .... and unfortunately 1 star was as low as u can pic so once again susan is one up. hopefully my cost will help someone else out.
