Mr Kim, esq. is knowledgeable about HOA laws, but seemed distant, as well as unenthusiastic. At Times unreachable. Always had excuses, and forgetful of the circumstances surrounding the case after months and months of emails. It seemed as if the case was stagnant due to his friendship with counse...l for the HOA. I believe the case was delayed as a request from that counsel in order to give time to help the board get affairs in order. I believe that private information was shared in way to make our case illegitimate after a time of being held back.
