Simon A. Abramovici, Esquire was born in Lima Peru and raised in Montreal Quebec.  Simon received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from University of Florida, in 1988. Simon received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan in 1993. Simon A. Abramovici graduated with his Masters Degree in International Law,  from The Washington College of Law at The American University, Washington, D.C.. Simon has been specializing in Florida’s workers’ compensation and personal injury cases for eleven years.

 

EXPERIENCE:
After graduating law school, Simon A. Abramovici practiced in Ft. Myers as a public defender, before he began focusing his practice on Florida workers’ compensation law. Prior to joining the Florida personal injury / workers’ compensation firm of Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A., Mr. Abramovici was an associate for a local Broward County law firm where he gained extensive experience in pre-litigation and litigation, in the fields of personal injury, social security disability and criminal law. Mr. Abramovici has trial experience in Florida workers’ compensation and vigorously protects the rights of victims in all personal injury and negligence cases.  

Simon A. Abramovici is a member of the Florida State Bar, and focuses his area of practice in Florida workers’ compensation cases and personal injury cases. On a daily basis, Simon handles personal injury cases such as: Car accident, motorcycle accident, slip and fall, trip and fall, truck accident, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, workers’ compensation, and all Florida personal injury cases.
