Erin Lindsay Sandman

Erin L. Sandman has been working in the real estate industry since she began working for a real estate and probate attorney after she graduated from the University of Florida and she has had a passion for real estate ever since! Prior to going to law school, she owned and operated two title insurance companies and worked at several title companies and law firms. In 2017, she launched Erin L. Sandman, PA to provide personalized, cost-effective representation, with the mission statement that clients should experience a law firm “where the needs of the clients come first!”

Erin’s law practice includes but is not limited to probate, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance and curative matters, contract review, foreclosure defense, boat-slip deals, landlord-tenant matters, small claims cases, emotional support animal letters and pet trusts. Known for her hands-on approach, professionalism, and responsiveness, while also being able to provide emotional support to her clients. She offers a free 15-minute initial consultation. She remains the single point of contact through every stage of a client’s case so the client can feel supported and advised throughout the process.
