We are a business law firm serving as general legal counsel/outside counsel to micro and small businesses, professional licensees, the self-employed, and gig workers. Our main focus is tax and business compliance. I have used my legal skills for previous positions with a legal aid, the U.S. Army (JAG Corps), the State of Florida, local start-ups, and other clients. I am licenced to practice in front of all courts in the State of Florida as well as the Federal District for Southern Florida.
