M Glenn Curran III

Mr. Curran was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1986. In the federal system, he is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. In addition to the Florida and District of Columbia Bar Associations, he is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, and the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, as well as various other committees and associations related to his practice areas.

Mr. Curran has represented business entities from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Curran has been awarded an AV® Preeminent™ rating by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell. He is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers as well as being listed in Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. In addition to litigating in state and federal courts, Mr. Curran has been qualified and testified as a litigation expert on attorneys' fees and costs on several occasions in both state and federal courts. Mr. Curran is a Florida Supreme Court Certified circuit mediator and trial attorney with more than twenty years of experience in many facets of commercial, corporate, insurance, probate, divorce, and family law.
