Gerald C Biondi

Gerald C. Biondi “Jerry” joined Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee in 2007. He is an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale office where his practice focuses on civil litigation with a concentration on construction defects and personal injury litigation. Since joining the firm, Mr. Biondi has worked extensively in all facets of construction law including representation of contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers, manufacturers, and others in both state and federal court. His practice also includes litigation work in areas including general liability, insurance defense, premises liability, products liability, liquor liability.

Mr. Biondi received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2006. In 2002 he received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Gannon University in legal studies and criminal justice, with a minor in philosophy. He was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on January 6, 1980. Mr. Biondi’s background includes extensive experience in the hospitality, entertainment, and culinary fields. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Biondi gained practical experience in the construction industry working for several general contractors while living in Pennsylvania. While attending Stetson, he was an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America competing in numerous trial and negotiation competitions. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007. He was admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2007. He is a current member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and Broward Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Biondi was named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2016 which is an honor only given to 2.5% of all practicing attorneys.
