I am a New Jersey native, Massachusetts undergrad, and Nova Law School graduate.

Replied last June 19, 2022As this “review” was posted anonymously we have no way of verifying whether this individual was truly a client and if they were, it is impossible to comment on the situation if, however unlikely, there was one. As all lawyers in Florida know (and likely elsewhere) competition amongst law firms has become not only fierce but dirty. Competitor law firms are known for leaving fictitious and fake negative reviews on other lawyers’ accounts so as to detract business from them and it is very clear that’s what has occurred here. It is obvious, and I say this humbly and with much appreciation to my thousands of satisfied clients, by perusing the reviews of myself and Pelosi Injury Law all over the internet, that our law firm is not only beloved but extraordinarily dedicated to the success of our clients. In the unlikely event this person trying to harm our great reputation was actually a client, I could then comment on any specifics. Sometimes clients are upset when there is no insurance in a case thus no potential for settlement funds to be paid. Other times clients are upset when insurance carriers disbelieve their injuries or medical situations. But since this “review” was left anonymously, none of that is possible and I ask anyone reading this to ignore these falsehoods and move forward with reading our other, real reviews. Thank you!
