There is not enough GREAT things I can say about Irene Annunziata. She represented me for over 2 years against my ex husband in a divorce case that went on for over 6 years. I wish I had known about Irene from the beginning of my case, as I would have saved a lot of money, time and aggravation!! ...My ex-husband, being in the financial world, hid assets and cash from me. All my previous attorneys, once they saw that there was money, they kept billing me and getting nothing accomplished. They charged me so much money and I felt that they never cared if I would have ever gotten any money from my ex, just that their bills got paid. They billed for unnecessary phone calls with opposing counsels, unnecessary numerous emails, etc. and continued to rack up my bills. Finally, I was referred to Irene Annunciate. Irene fought for me in every meaning of the word, yet she was not afraid to tell me what she believes. Her billing is extremely fair and in over 2 years, I never had to fight her over a bill. Every other attorney I had, I was always questioning their bills. My case was very very complicated, with numerous twists and turns. My ex-husband having over 7 attorneys, tried to "con" and "intimidate" me, but my attorney, Irene, NEVER got intimidated, it just made her MORE determined to fight for my rights. Irene DESTROYED every one of my ex-husband's high priced attorneys that she came in contact with, but, not with tricks and lies, no Irene is not like that, she is EXTREMELY ETHICAL, and TRUST me that is what the Judge's respect, no, she destroyed my ex husband's attorneys because she came prepared for every hearing. She is extremely organized, and takes the time to research case law, which she then presents that case law to the Court in your defense. What I admire and respect the most is how knowledgeable Irene is, when it comes to EVERY aspect of the law regarding Florida divorce. If your divorce case is very "financially" complicated, you MUST hire Irene, as she is DEFINITELY an expert in cases where there is a lot of money at risk. She is knowledgeable in divorce cases involving assets in the stock market, laws on alimony, as well as complicated child custody battles; however, if you have just a simple divorce, she will treat your case the exact same and fight for you every legal way possible. Because of Irene, I received at the end, everything I was legally entitled to. I am so happy and relieved!! Irene NEVER stopped fighting for me, and trust me, she is the hardest working divorce attorney around!!.
