Biography
The Law Offices of Laura F. Morgan, P.A. is owned and managed by Laura F. Morgan. I am a 1985 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and has been handling real estate sales and financing transactions in Florida since 1985. I have recentlh served as a Director of the Broward Real Estate Council.
I can help with all your selling, purchasing, leasing and financing transactions. Title policies are underwritten by Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. Inc. through Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund. The premium is based on the promulgated rate set by the State of Florida. Other closing charges are reasonable and will be quoted upon request.
My practice also handles Will and Trust preparation, preparation of Powers of Attorney and Medical Surrogate forms, and Probate matters. Business clients, primarily in the area of collections and entity creation, are welcome.
My goal is to provide complete professional service with the added personal touch. Clients are individuals, not file numbers. I look forward to speaking with you about your legal needs.
