Smart Attorney and Nice Guy
I was rear ended in a car accident, and got whiplash. I was treated by my doctor and my PIP insurance was supposed to pay but the company denied the claim. Mr. Clarke sent a demand letter to my insurer and threatened to sue for bad faith unless it paid the claim. They ended up paying within 2 week...
